The main role of our online portal is to provide an easy way for all interested parties (Russian, Japanese and other foreign citizens, legal entities) to obtain information, as well as access to updated information, on consular matters and Russian-Japanese relations.

This website provides general information for Russian citizens on obtaining a passport; creating a power of attorney; preparing required documents for submission to Japanese government authorities; as well as obtaining primary legal advice on issues of the greatest concern in relation to their stay in Japan. The site also makes available document templates to enable them to prepare for visiting the Consular Section. Japanese nationals and citizens of other countries may also use this site to become acquainted with the procedure for obtaining Russian visas.
