On September, 29 Russian Ambassador Mikhail Galuzin have a lecture entitled "Russia's foreign policy, the crisis in Ukraine and Russia-Japan relations" at the “Society for Local Government Studies”. 

The head of the diplomatic mission spoke in detail about the motives, reasons and tasks of the special military operation of the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine. It was emphasized that the goals of the special military operation are to protect the population of Donbass from the eight-year genocide by the Kiev regime, to demilitarize, denacify and ensure the neutral status of Ukraine.
